Precision meets Efficiency
After a development period of around a year, the first prototype of a fully-automatic drilling rig was able to be delivered to a German rotor blade manufacturer in 1997. This rig is still working today – durably and reliably.
Besides the “typical German strengths” of quality and precision, simple operation, reliability and efficiency were also sought after.
Thus the special machine HBBA for machining rotor blades came about, a particularly successful development from the house of E. Heinicke. In the wake of a rapid worldwide growth in wind energy and the high demand for our HBBA, we have been able to double the number of our employees in the past few years. We are particularly proud of the increasing number of training places which we can offer to younger employees. Thus the tradition and professionalism of E. Heinicke lives on.
